Welcome to CyberSolu. By accessing marketing.cybersolu.com or engaging our jewelry growth partnership and ad management services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Scope of Services
CyberSolu provides full-service Meta and TikTok ad account management and growth partnership tailored for jewelry ecommerce brands. Our package includes 12 custom ad creatives per month, audience strategy, A/B testing, and weekly performance optimization.
2. 30-Day CPA/ROAS Guarantee Terms
Our 30-day performance guarantee applies to new ad campaign launches. We guarantee to beat your current historical baseline Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) or Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) within 30 days of live campaign deployment. If our custom creatives and ad management do not beat your baseline metrics within 30 days, your next month of management fee is 50% off.
3. Pricing & Billing
Management fees are billed monthly at a predictable flat rate of $500/month. Ad spend is paid directly by the client to Meta and TikTok ad networks. There are zero hidden setup fees and no long-term contracts.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide timely partner access to Meta Business Manager and TikTok Ads Manager, along with product details and assets necessary for custom creative production.
