Terms of Service

1. Services and Retainer Tiers

CyberSolu Marketing provides specialized paid advertising management across Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok, paired with monthly distinct-format performance creative production for Shopify jewelry brands. Services are delivered across two public retainer tiers:

• SOLO Plan ($500 / month): Designed for brands with $1,500 to $2,500 monthly ad spend. Includes 8 new distinct-format ad creatives every month, full campaign management, structured testing, weekly email summaries, and a month-end screen-recorded Ads Manager read-out.
• STACK Plan ($900 / month): Designed for brands with $2,500 to $5,000 monthly ad spend. Includes 12 new distinct-format ad creatives every month, full campaign management, multi-SKU stacking tests, past-purchaser exclusions, weekly email summaries, and a month-end screen-recorded Ads Manager read-out.
• Optional Add-on Creative Packs: Clients on active retainers may purchase extra creative packs at $50 per static image or carousel, $100 per video remix, or discounted 3-packs at $135 for statics and $250 for video remixes (+40% for rush 48-hour delivery).

All ads are constructed directly from client-supplied product photography, existing customer video clips, and verified reviews with zero physical filming required from the brand founder.

2. Account Ownership, Billing, and Cancellation

Client maintains 100% ownership and administrative control over all Meta Business Manager accounts, TikTok Ads Manager accounts, Shopify stores, and pixel/event data. Client funds ad spend directly to the advertising platforms.

Agency management fees are billed upfront every 30 days via Payoneer invoice. All retainer agreements are strictly month-to-month with no long-term lock-in or setup fees. Either party may cancel the retainer at any time with 7 days written notice prior to the next billing cycle.

3. Creative Assets and Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full retainer payment, complete commercial ownership and copyright for all final delivered ad creative files, copy, and video renders transfer to the Client. CyberSolu Marketing retains the right to display non-confidential creative formats in anonymized portfolio teardowns.

Client warrants and represents that it possesses all necessary commercial usage rights, licenses, and releases for all raw product imagery, brand logos, customer reviews, and video footage supplied to CyberSolu Marketing for ad creation.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely campaign execution and delivery within our 48-hour onboarding window, Client agrees to provide prompt partner-level access to Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Analytics 4, along with access to high-resolution product photography and brand assets.
